This digital file has been tested ONLY on aftermarket 16 oz wooden lids with center and offset straw. Both are included in this file with the car coaster file nested into it. 

Tested with 1/8th inch acrylic. You will cut two separate pieces and then use whatever adhesive you like to attach them. The topper will fit snug on top of the wooden lid but will be easily removed when you like.

Fits both 16oz Libby glass jars and 16oz regular mouth Mason/Ball jars. NOT wide mouth!
